create your booking! 📚
1. create your booking at book.soona.co. have questions on what to book? shoot us a text or email us at hey@soona.co. our team can generate a custom booking for you based on your needs!
ship us your product! 📦
1. use our integrated shipping method to generate a label. print that out and drop off your product!
we get you scheduled 📆
1. once the product arrives, it will go through intake and our schedulers will work to coordinate the soonest available date and time for your shoot.
2. you will receive an email confirmation once we have you on the calendar. if this date/time does not work for you, please let us know asap at hey@soona.co
join your shoot live 📸
1. at the time of your shoot, join via the little blue chat bubble on the bottom right of your booking. your crew will be there waiting for you
shop your gallery immediately after! 🛍
1. immediately after the shoot, you will be able to add images to your bag, leave notes for the editors and check out! our editing team will get right to work and deliver your images back to your gallery within 24 hours. you will receive an email once the images are edited and ready to download!
