how do I cancel my booking?

when you created your booking, you paid a non-refundable booking deposit. your booking is good for a full year from the date of purchase.

that being said, you have 2 options:

  1. we can put a hold on your booking until you are ready to use it in the future. just send us an email at hey@soona.co and let us know you'd like to put it on hold.
  2. we can cancel the booking and you will forfeit your deposit. send us an email at hey@soona.co and let us know you'd like to move forward with canceling.
