changing account ownership on multi-seat accounts

to change the owner of an account, clients must have at least one contributor on their account.
only the account owner and admins can change account ownership
  1. start by clicking on the account card in the bottom left of the page. users might have to scroll down on the left column to access the account card.
  1. locate and select the "team members" button
  1. on the "manage team members" page, click on "account owner", then "change account owner"
  1. select the user to be the new account owner, and click "change owner".

ownership of the account has now been transferred!
