arrival time
When am I expected to show up?
your first time, we’ll have you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled shoot time to do a mini tour and get acquainted with soona.
after your first shoot, we’ll have you arrive 10-20 minutes early to set up and prepare.
arriving at shoot start time is considered late. 3 late arrivals will result in being removed from the collective. see our cancellation + late policy for more details.
production timeline
How much time do I have to style a shot?
soona is a fast casual content studio, so we will move quickly through each set up.
we get through 5-15 set ups in 2 hours and 15+ setups in 4 hours. be prepared for fast shots + quick scene changes.
please review shoot details + shotlists ahead of time so you are prepared for quick + efficient set ups.
tools and supplies
Do I need to bring my own supplies?
yes. please bring anything that you’d use to style with you + review the shotlist to inform what tools you bring.
you are not expected to bring any props with you. all props will be supplied by soona or the client.
personal details
What personal details should I let you know about?
let us know if you have any allergies, fear of animals, restrictions, etc we should know about so we can add them to your details page.
video shoots
you can also let us know if you’re willing to appear on camera for shoots if the situation arises.
