arrival time

When am I expected to show up?

for your first time, we’ll have you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled shoot time to do a mini tour and get acquainted with soona.

after your first shoot, we’ll usually have you arrive 20-30 minutes early to set up and prepare.

we will make an assignment note if there is a specific time frame we need you there before the shoot. this is visible in the assignment notification or in the booking details.

arriving at shoot start time is considered late. 3 late arrivals is terms for removal from the collective. see our cancellation + late policy for more details.

production timeline

How much time do I have for hair and makeup?

soona is a fast casual content studio. hair + makeup should also be done at a fast pace.

we’ll typically get through 5-15 set ups in 2 hours and 15+ setups in 4 hours.

please review the shot list and shoot details ahead of time so you can prepare quick + effective looks for the shoot.

tools and supplies

Do I need to bring my own makeup/supplies?

Yes, you will provide your own makeup and supplies.

In certain cases you will be using the client's product (ie: make up, lashes, hair products). this will be communicated to you. feel free to email or text in if you have questions.

personal details

What personal details should I let you know about?

Please let us know if you have any allergies, fear of animals, restrictions, etc we should know about so we can add them to your details page.

video shoots

Please let us know if you’re willing to apply make up or do hair on camera, or appear on camera for shoots if the situation arises.
